Program is the first vital step in achieving our goals. The second step is involving management staff at all levels to monitor and communicate.
Our Quality Assurance Practices are but are not limited to:
Weekly inspections: Done by supervisors and managers both announced and unannounced.
Monthly inspections: done by operation managers.
Unannounced visits from qualified auditors. Periodic survey on a schedule tailored to the needs of the facility. We believe firmly that communication, responsiveness and accountability are keys to quality control.
